Leading a small group is a terrific investment! God will use you and the people in the group to touch the in-process people God loves! We encourage you to reach out to people at KCC who have indicated interest in the group and to invite people from your neighborhood. Thank you for leading a small group at KCC.Small Group Purpose:

Small Group Training
Sometimes leading a small group can get sticky. People don't see eye to eye, various points of view and even outright conflict between people or even within a person can surface! When you see sticky situations coming, help is available. There are excellent online training materials and articles covering a wide range of situations:
